Student OWLcard Distribution
The new OWLcard will replace the current Temple ID card. Cards will be issued for students who were registered for Spring 2005 semester, but not, however, for students graduating in May 2005. Students will be able to pick up their new cards on campus starting on June 15, 2005. A large distribution event is also planned for the first week of the Fall 2005 Semester.

Professional Schools
All Professional Schools will receive OWLcards on approximately June 15, 2005. Each school will distribute the cards according to their own timetable, but no later than September 15, 2005. Students will be notified of specific distribution locations via e-mail.
All schools will require that students swipe their card through a card reader to acknowledge receipt. Cards not distributed by September 15, 2005 will be returned to the Diamond Dollars Office on Main Campus.
Summer Distribution Plan
All Main Campus cards will be available from the Diamond Dollars Office between June 15 and August 22, 2005. Cards will be available from this office for individual and group (Summer 2, Sports teams, Band, etc.) distribution.
All other campuses (Ambler, Ft. Washington, Harrisburg, TUCC and Tyler) will distribute cards between June 15 and August 22, 2005 during normal business hours. For distribution locations on each campus, please see the table below.
To acknowledge receipt, students will be required to swipe their cards through a card reader.
Fall Distribution Plan
In preparation for the Fall Semester, students will be able to go to the following locations below to pick up their OWLcards. To acknowledge receipt, students will be required to swipe their card through a card reader.

Unclaimed Cards
On Main Campus, OWLcards that are not picked up will be returned to the Diamond Dollars Office on September 2. Other campuses must return any unclaimed cards to the Diamond Dollars Office by September 15, 2005. All student cards not picked-up by September 30 will be destroyed in a secure manner.
